Returns & Refunds

Return Window

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact. Please have your order number or receipt ready.

To begin a return, email hello@noviora.us with your order number. Do not ship items to our business address — once your return is approved, we'll send you the correct return shipping address by email.

Please don't send items back without first getting return approval — unapproved returns won't be accepted.

Restocking Fee

A 30% restocking fee applies to approved returns and is deducted from your refund total. For instance, a $50 order would be refunded at $35. This fee is waived for damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items (see below).

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Got something damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered? The restocking fee doesn't apply here. Email us within 30 days of delivery at hello@noviora.us with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you'd prefer, at no extra cost. You typically won't need to send the item back in these cases unless we ask, and if we do, we'll cover return shipping.

What Can't Be Returned

Perishable goods, custom or made-to-order items, personal care products, hazardous or flammable materials, sale items, and gift cards can't be returned under any circumstances.

Refund Timing

After we receive and check your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds (less any restocking fee) go back to your original payment method within 10 business days — your bank may take a bit longer to post it. Nothing after 15 business days? Reach out at hello@noviora.us.
