OVERVIEW Welcome to Noviora™. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Noviora™, which operates this store and website — including all content, tools, and features — to give you, the customer, a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Noviora™ runs on Shopify's platform. These Terms of Service, together with any referenced policies, govern your use of the Services. Review your order carefully — cancellation after acceptance may not be possible. If we cancel or modify an order, we'll try to notify you via the contact info you provided. Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy. You confirm purchases are for personal use, not resale or export.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING We aren't liable for shipping delays. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and we're not responsible for delays from carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.
